#505 - How Hybrid Approaches Impact Project Scheduling🎤/ 🎬

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Scheduling is a fascinating discipline within project management. In its essence it's about generating and effectively managing the dates of activities, milestones and commitments. How is scheduling evolving when hybrid approaches are undertaken in projects? Is schedule model still relevant in hybrid projects? What about road maps or performance? Can we still simulate projects and get a measure of the overall project risk? Come and talk with us about best practices to follow and key performance indicators to use.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of the session, participants will be able to: (1) Define schedule models for hybrid projects; (2) Identify key performance indicators to be used while managing hybrid project schedules.
