This session will examine a strategic road map on how to utilize and integrate the concept of The Project Economy into business transformation to aid sustainability. The strategy will discuss the concept of how to produce more with less. We will also explore the different sustainable trends and initiatives in business and the efforts of project managers to aid sustainability.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: (1) Describe the link between The Project Economy and business sustainability; (2) Identify ways and techniques to implement sustainability for business transformation and sustainability.
