#514 - Exploring the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition: Global Development – Global Impact 🎤/ 🎬

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The world is changing rapidly – driven by global economic, political, demographic and technological trends. In addition, the pace of organizational change is also increasing and organizations around the world are restructuring – moving away from rigid hierarchies to more flexible, agile models. For years, the PMBOK® Guide has been the go-to resource for helping practitioners use good practices to deliver value on the job. Drawing on a global development team of volunteers, the next edition of the PMBOK® Guide will support project practitioners wherever they are in the world to make ideas a reality. Explore the way in which the PMBOK® Guide helps project practitioners and their organizations make a global impact, more quickly adapt to changes in the market and apply new ways of working.

Learning Objective:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: Describe how the PMBOK® Guide can be used by practitioners to help their organizations make a global impact, quickly adapt to changes, and apply new ways of working.
