Our organizations operate in a larger, overall ecosystem which includes society, the physical environment, the marketplace. Our way of working (WoW) within our teams, and within our organizations in general, affects this ecosystem. Whether the effects are positive or negative is our daily choice. The Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit includes many strategies which can positively affect our ecosystem.
