A New World View: Our Global Impact

This is an incredible study about a major program transformation and the way we've applied Follow the Sun methods into agile at scale. Over a period of three years we have been studying and applying key practices to create high performing global teams. With teams practicing agile at scale distributed across five global locations, hundreds of employees, and millions of customers, this study reveals our model for turning a disadvantage into an advantage.

Our organizations operate in a larger, overall ecosystem which includes society, the physical environment, the marketplace. Our way of working (WoW) within our teams, and within our organizations in general, affects this ecosystem. Whether the effects are positive or negative is our daily choice.
