Ashley joined PMI as an academic programs specialist in 2014, working with chapters to facilitate and support academic outreach to colleges and universities, working with academic institutions, their faculty and students to advance the teaching of project management through increased awareness and knowledge of project management education and research.

Prior to PMI, Ashley spent more than 10 years working in higher education, specifically student affairs, most recently as Dean of Students at a private college in Philadelphia. Ashley holds a doctorate in Higher Education Administration.

In her free time, she competes in long-distance triathlons, having raced at the Ironman World Championships and represented Team USA internationally.
